Hiking in the Tatras

For lovers of a healthy lifestyle and exercise, the locality of Mengusovce is a great place to start. At the reception you can rent a bike and go for a hike in the nearby towns. There is a cycle path between Svit and Poprad. More demanding cyclists can visit Podbanske and Kralova Hora.

There are many tourist attractions nearby. Nature and its hiking trails are the dominant feature.

Solisko and Mlynická dolina
Popradské pleso and Mengusovská valley
Sliezsky dom and Velická dolina
Hrebienok and Rainerova chata
Zbojnícka chata and Malá studená dolina
Téry’s chalet and many others.

In addition to the hiking trails mentioned above, there are also interesting routes such as: Veľká Svišt’ovka , Hrebienok, Kopské sedlo, Sedielko. Other routes that you can take are to the Tichá or Kôprová valley. The Slovak Paradise offers unique hiking trails and you should definitely not miss the Tomášov view. Veľká Lomnica is home to the largest golf course in Slovakia and you can rent mountain scooters at Hrebienok.
